This is Dinan's axle-back exhaust for the E39 540i, covering the 1997-2003 model years with the M62 V8. It replaces everything rearward of the rear axle - muffler and tips - while retaining your existing mid-pipes and cats, so you're not pulling the whole underside apart on a weekend.
