If your F15 has the optional self-leveling rear suspension, stop here - these won't work with that setup and H&R makes a separate part number for it. For a standard suspension X5 that feels a bit tall and wallowy from the factory, this is a straightforward upgrade. I wouldn't pair them with completely worn-out OEM dampers - you'll get the drop but the handling won't follow. New or lightly used OEM shocks, or a proper coilover budget if you want more adjustability.
