AUTRAGO manufactures this splitter using a vacuum infusion process — the same technique used in aerospace and motorsport component production. This method eliminates air pockets and weak points within the material, producing a part that is both dimensionally stable and structurally rigid under real driving conditions. Once pulled from the mould, each splitter is individually checked against tight dimensional tolerances, then subjected to both hand and machine polishing stages to achieve a deep, uniform high-gloss surface. A protective clear coating is then applied to lock in that finish against UV exposure, road debris, and daily wear.

Fitment on the G80 through G83 platform is dialed in tightly — no gap-filling, trimming, or bracket fabrication required.
