I’d pick this if you want one kit that lets you set ride height and add front camber without piecing together separate parts. It makes more sense than lowering springs if your factory dampers are tired or you want more adjustment range, but it is not the move if you want stock-like ride quality. On E46s, especially M3s, I’d plan on a proper alignment right after install and expect the usual lowered-car tradeoffs with clearance and rear tire wear.
