H&R Race Springs - Lowering Springs for BMW E46 — Overview
These are H&R Race lowering springs for E46 3 Series cars that did not come with factory sport suspension. The listed drop is about 2.0 inches up front and 1.4 inches in the rear, so this is the more aggressive option if you want to get rid of the stock wheel gap and sharpen the car up at the same time. Fitment here is aimed at E46 models like 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i, plus the Ci coupes.
I would pick these over OE sport springs or H&R Sport springs if you want a noticeably lower stance and you are fine giving up some ride quality to get it. On an older E46, that also means you really should think about the rest of the suspension before installing them - tired dampers, rear shock mounts, and front control arm bushings will show their age fast once spring rates go up. If your car already sits low enough and you mainly want a mild refresh, these are probably more spring than you need.
