The KW Variant 3 kit is a stainless-body coilover setup for the G80 M3, G81 M3 Touring, G82 M4, and G83 M4 Convertible. It gives you separate rebound and compression adjustment, plus threaded ride height adjustment at each corner. That matters on these cars because the factory suspension is capable, but still leaves you stuck between too much wheel gap and not enough control once you start pushing harder.
I’d pick V3 over a spring-only setup if you want to actually tune how the car rides and transfers weight, not just make it sit lower.
