Condor Speed Shop's Stainless Steel Brake Cooling Plates solve this by replacing your factory dust shields with precision-engineered ducting mounts that channel cool air directly to where it's needed most — the center of each rotor. The result is more consistent brake temps, reduced fade, and longer pad and rotor life across extended sessions.
Each plate is CNC-machined from stainless steel, giving you a part that handles high heat cycles without warping, corroding, or degrading over time. They're designed to bolt directly onto the OEM E30 hub with no cutting, drilling, or welding — a clean, reversible installation that fits the way serious track builds actually get done. The plates are sized for 3-inch cooling hose, the proven standard for routing ambient air from the front air dam through to the rotor hat.
Fitment covers the core E30 lineup: the 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is, 325ic, and 318is from 1984 to 1991. Note that 1984–1985 318i and all 325ix models are excluded, as is the Ground Control E30 Complete Coilover System (E30FAB-1).
