Dinan G87 - Adjustable Coilover Suspension for M2 — Overview

This Dinan adjustable coil-over suspension is built specifically for the G87 M2 and keeps the factory electronic dampers in place. Instead of replacing the whole shock package, it uses threaded collars, revised springs, progressive bump stops, and included suspension packers to let you set ride height and dial in how the car feels. It was developed around the G87 chassis itself, not copied over from the G8x M3/M4 setup.

For the G87 M2, Dinan softened the rear spring rate and moved from the factory progressive rear spring to a dual-rate design. That matters on this chassis because the M2 already tends to oversteer when pushed, and adding rear spring stiffness can make rear traction worse. Pick this over basic lowering springs if you want adjustable ride height and a more thought-out balance, or over full coilovers if you want to retain the stock adaptive shocks. Recommended drop is about 3/4 inch front and rear, though adjustment range goes up to 1-1/8 inch front and over 2 inches rear.
