These are EBC's Yellowstuff compound pads, their street-track crossover option sitting above the Greenstuff and below the dedicated Bluestuff race compound. They're a direct fitment for the F80 M3 and designed to work with the M compound rotors that car runs from the factory. If you're doing occasional track days but still driving the car to work, Yellowstuff makes sense - they come up to temp faster than a full race pad and don't need a warmup lap before they'll actually stop you.
